PreparationGrasp two opposing low pulley stirrups. Stand centrical between weight stacks, keep hips and knees slightly flexed. Let elbows point to sides.
ExecutionMove arms toward each other in front until hands are at height of chest. Keep elbows fixed and facing down in upper position. Return and repeat.
