PreparationLie supine on incline bench. Grasp barbell with wide overhand grip. Dismount barbell and hold it above chest.
ExecutionLower barbell until elbows reach height of shoulders or bench. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsOptionally place feet on edge of bench to avoid hollow back.
