Instructions

Preparation

Lie on mat in supine positon, place arm to sides and hold fitnessball between ankles just above floor. Keep legs slightly flexed.

Execution

Flex hips and knees to pull fitnessball up and toward chest until knees are above hips. Return and repeat.
