Instructions

Preparation

In lateral position place hips on Aero Step. Kep legs straight. Extend lower arm up and let head rest on arm. Put hand of other arm on floor to support balance.

Execution

Raise both legs up as high as possible. Keep position for a moment. Return and repeat.
