Preparation

Stand on Aero Step, keep knees and hip slightly bent and hold arms besides torso with elbows flexed right-angled.

Execution

Flex hip to raise either leg, simultaneously raise opposite arm. Keep position for a moment. Return. Repeat with opposite side.
