Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright with feet shoulderwide apart and knees slightly flexed. Put Elastic Band under feet and squat down to grasp ends of Elastic Band nearby knees. Return to upright position.

Execution

Row upper arms up until parallel to floor. Keep elbow close to torso. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
