Stand upright, place feet shoulderwide apart, keep knees flexed, grasp Elastic Band and hold hands above head. Keep elbows slightly flexed.Execution
Pull Elastic Band to rear neck until upper arms are parallel to floor. Keep elbows fixed. Simultaneously extend legs. Return and repeat.Variations / Comments
