Stand upright, keep knees slightly flexed and grasp Elastic Band with hands held close in front of chest. Keep arms straight.Execution
Row one arm back until elbow is behind shoulders. Flex shoulders and back. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.Variations / Comments
Keep elbow up throughout motion.
