Instructions

Preparation

Position flat bench centrical between pulleys and grasp left high pulley with right hand and vice versa. Lie supine on bench, shoulders aligned with pulleys. Hold hands above chest.

Execution

Pull arms down to sides until elbows reach height of bench pad. Keep elbows slightly bent and hold upper arms perpendicular to torso. Return to starting position and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep upper arms perpendicular to torso to minimize influence of Latissimus.
