Added 8 new strength training exercises, mainly cable pulley exercises for triceps and hamstrings and one great barbell core training exercise.
1. Biceps: Curl, Supine, One Arm
2. Hamstrings: Leg Curl, Prone
3. Hamstrings: Leg Curl, Prone, One Leg
4. Triceps: Triceps Extension, Lying
5. Triceps: Triceps Extension, Lying, One Arm
6. Triceps: Triceps Extension, Incline
7. Core, Abdominals: Roll-out
