Instructions

Preparation

Stand in lunge position, put Tube under front foot and grasp Tube handles. Bend slightly forward and hold upper arms parallel to floor, perpendicular to torso. Let forearms point down.

Execution

Flex shoulders and back to pull upper arms up. Return and repeat.
