Stand upright with feet shoulderwide apart. Grasp X-Tube and hold hands down in front. Let palm of one hand face forward and hold other hand besides thigh.Execution
Flex arm to move hand toward shoulder while other hand remains exteneded besides thigh. Return, keep elbow slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.Variations / Comments
