Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright with feet shoulderwide apart and put Tube under feet. Grasp Tube handles and hold elbows close to torso with upper arms in vertical position. Keep elbows slightly flexed. Let palms face forward.

Execution

Flex arms to move hands toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arm slightly flexed and repeat.
