PreparationWith body in lateral position lie with hips on Balance Pad. Kep legs straight. Extend lower arm up and let head rest on arm. Place hand of other arm on floor to support balance.
ExecutionRaise both legs up as high as possible. Keep position for a moment. Return and repeat.
