PreparationStand upright with feet shoulderwide apart besides training partner. Grasp one handle while partner grasp other handle. Hold elbows close to torso and keep arms flexed right-angled.
ExecutionTwist torso in opposite direction of training partner. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
