Instructions

Preparation

Put hands slightly wider than shoulderwidth on ground. Place feet on ground and hold body in straight position. Hold upper arms perpendicular to body.

Execution

Bend arms to lower body until elbows are flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Keep body straight throughout motion.
