PreparationIn lunge position put center of Elastic Band under front foot and hold ends besides hips. Turn one forearm to let palm point away.
ExecutionFlex arm to move hand toward shoulders. Keep elbow in position. Return, keep arm slightly flexed and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
