Instructions

Preparation

Lie prone on Step and place feet on floor. Raise torso slightly and keep head in neutral position. Hold elbows besides shoulders with upper arms perpendicular to torso.

Execution

Flex shoulders and back to pull arms up as high as possible. Keep torso in position. Return and repeat.
