Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright, grasp Elastic Band and hold one hand behind lower back with palm facing away. Hold other hand behind head with palm facing head and upper arm pointing up.

Execution

Simultaneously extend both arms. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
