PreparationLie prone position on mat and place hands more than shoulderwide apart on floor with upper arms perpendicular to torso. Put Elastic Band on Middle Back ends under hands. Place feet on floor and keep body straight.
ExecutionRaise body by extending arms. Keep elbow slightly flexed. Return until elbows are flexec right-angled. Repeat.
