Instructions

Preparation

With lumbar spine lie on Aero Step. Bend legs right-angled and place heels on floor.

Execution

Flex abs to raise torso. Keep lumbar spine resting on Aero Step. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Hands can be placed on chest. Alternatively place one hand behind head to support neck.
