Added another three great core training exercises.
1. Crunch, Reverse
is a fantastic way to train abs and to strengthen core without involving hip flexors. Itīs the perfect substitute for sit-ups, which is an inconvenient and even dangerous exercise.
2. Knee Raise, Parallel Bars
works hip flexors and with a little effort also trains abs. Besides it requires some good arms and upper body stabilizing force.
3. Push Crunch
is a very good seated core training exercise that isolates abs and allows the use of different levels of resistance. It can be done using any ordinary chest press or push crunch stations.
