Added two very effective weight lifting exercises for hamstrings and lower back. Basically it is two variations of the same exercise: Stiff Leg Dead Lift, using either a barbell or two dumbbells.
1. Barbell Dead Lift, Stiff Legs
2. Dumbbell Dead Lift, Stiff Legs
