The goal of this test is assessing the flexibility of Biceps Brachii and Brachialis.
|Preparation||Stand upright, keep one arm flexed right-angled, elbow close to torso and upper arm vertical.|
|Execution||Release forearms and let it hang without any contraction of Triceps. Keep arm loose.|
|Starting Position||Ending Position|
|Analysis||The arm should be absolutely straight. If not, the Biceps muscles are shortened.|
|Comments||To improve Biceps flexibility have a regular Biceps stretching.|
