The goal of this test is assessing the flexibility of Biceps Brachii and Brachialis.

Instructions

PreparationStand upright, keep one arm flexed right-angled, elbow close to torso and upper arm vertical.
ExecutionRelease forearms and let it hang without any contraction of Triceps. Keep arm loose.
