Preparation
Lie supine on floor, and keep body straight. Hold hands above head, keep elbows slightly flexed and clasp thumbs.
Execution
Move arms beyond head toward floor.

Hand and elbow should touch floor, if not, chest and shoulder muscles are shortened.
Reliabilty
It depends on the subject´s age and level of motivation as well as individual warm-up and air temperature. This test is usually done without any previous warm-up.
Comments
To improve shoulder flexibility have a regular chest and front shoulder stretching.
