Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright, place feet shoulderwide apart, keep knees flexed, grasp Tube handles and hold hands above head.

Execution

Pull Tube to rear neck until arms are parallel to floor. Simultaneously extend legs. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

In upper position keep knees slightly flexed.
