Instructions

Preparation

Sit on edge of table and put hands shoulderwide apart on table surface. Flex hips to bring thighs up to parallel to floor. Shift bodyweight on extended arms and raise body off table.

Execution

Lower thighs until rear thighs are just before touching table surface. Flex hips and abs to pull thighs up as high as possible. Return and repeat.
