PreparationPut one hand on Step and other hand besides on floor, slightly wider than shoulderwide apart. Place feet on floor and hold body in straight position. Upper arms remain perpendicular to body.
ExecutionBend arms to lower body toward floor until lower elbow is flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
