Instructions

Preparation

Grasp armrests of chair. Extend body and place toes about shoulderwide apart on floor. Keep arms straight and balance bodyweight between feet and hands.

Execution

Bend arms and lower body toward seat. Keep elbows close to torso. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

The instability of using a chair with rolls on a smooth surface increases the effort of the stabilizing muscles.
