PreparationLie on bench in prone position, knees just before edge of bench to align knee joint and lever fulcrum. Place lower legs under lever pads and grasp handles to sides.
ExecutionFlex knees to raise lever toward bottom until lower legs are in vertical postion. Return, keep knees slightly flexed and repeaet.
Variations / CommentsDonīt hyperextend lower back. Keep hip on bench.
