Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine, place inside of knees against lever pad and put feet on bars.

Execution

Move legs toward each other. Donīt let levers collide. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Adjust starting position so that Adductors are slightly stretched. Use back pad adjustement to match knee and lever pad position.
