Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat and press feet against sides of fitnessball. Flex ankles. Lift upper body slightly, keep shoulder blades on mat. Cross hands on chest.

Execution

Flex abs to raise upper body. Keep lumbar spine on mat. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

To support neck place one hand behind head.
