Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright in lunge position with knees slightly flexed. Raise rear heel off floor. Grasp Elastic Band at both ends and place it centrical under front foot. Hold arms besides torso and keep elbows flexed.

Execution

Alternately move arms forward and backward.
