Preparation

Wrap Elastic Band around one ankle and stand on other foot. Keep body upright and place hand against hips or use hands to keep balance.

Execution

Flex free leg until lower leg is parallel to floor or slightly higher. Return, keep knee slightly flexed and repeat.
