Instructions

Preparation

Stand sideward to low pulley. Attach cable cuff to near leg adn step away toward opposite stack and grasp ballet bar. Stand on other foot and hold attached leg aligned with cable.

Execution

Move leg toward stack until it crosses other leg. Return and repeat. Turn around and continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Optionally stand on weight plate to increase distance to floor and range of motion.
