PreparationPlace flat bench on front of low cable pulley and sit upright with chest against other side of bench. Grasp bar with shoulderwide underhand grip. Place heels on floor and extend legs. Put elbows on bench and keep arms slightly bent.
ExecutionFlex arms to pull attachment toward head. Keep elbows in position and back straight. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
