PreparationSit upright in front of lower pulley, place feet on floor with knees flexed about right-angled. Grasp bar with shoulderwide underhand grip and put elbows against insides of knees.
ExecutionFully flex arms while keeping elbows in position. Back remains straight. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
