PreparationLie prone on incline bench, facing toward pulley. Grasp low pulley cable bar with underhand grip and position chest against upper edge of bench pad. Place feet to sides.
ExecutionFlex arms to raise bar toward head. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsPlace cable attachment within grasping range before lying on bench. Alternatively have a training partner besides to support you.
