PreparationGrasp two opposing high pulley stirrups and stand centrical between weight stacks. Hold hands with palms up at height of shoulders, elbows facing down.
ExecutionSimultaneously flex both arms to pull stirrups toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed, repeat.
Variations / CommentsDonīt move elbows towards each other. Optionally step slightly forward to let arms be pulled back by cable force direction.
