Instructions

Preparation

Grasp low pulley cable stirrup with underhand grip and turn away from stack. Align origin of low cable, hand, elbow and shoulder with elbow pointing backwards. Keep knees slightly flexed and stand in step position.

Execution

Flex arm and pull stirrup toward shoulder. Keep elbow in position or allow it to travel only little forward. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
