PreparationStand in front of low cable pulley and grasp stirrup with overhand grip. Stand upright, keep knees slightly flexed and maintain stable position. Keep elbow to side with upper arm in vertical position.
ExecutionFlex arm to raise stirrup toward shoulder. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAlways keep elbow in position, allow only little or no forward motion while flexing arms. Donīt swing.
