Instructions

Preparation

Grasp bottles, place feet shoulderwide apart and keep knees slightly flexed. Flex hips to lean forward. Keep back straight. Hold bottles below shoulders and keep arms slightly flexed.

Execution

Raise elbows upward by flexing rear shoulders and back. Bring shoulder blades together. Keep elbows close to torso and let forearms point down. Return, keep arms slightly flexed and repeat.

Variations / Comments

As arms extend let shoulders be pulled down.
