Instructions

Preparation

Stand on Balance Pad with feet shoulderwide apart. Keep knees and hips slightly bent.

Execution

Extend ankles to shift bodyweight to balls. Then flex ankles to shift bodyweight to heels. Keep balance throughout motion. Repeat.
