Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet shouderwide apart and put tube under feet. Squat down and grasp Tube handles besides knees Keep back and arms straight, hips flexed and look ahead.

Execution

Extend legs and hips. Simultaneously pull and then press hands up over shoulders. Keep knees and arms slightly flexed. Return and repeat.
