Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet shoulder-wide apart in front of bar. Bend over, keep back straight and knees slightly flexed. Grasp bar with wide overhand grip.

Execution

Pull bar up toward chest until elbows pass torso. Let elbows point outward. Return, keep arms slightly flexed and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep back straight throughout motion.
