Instructions

preparation

Grasp dip bars and kneel on pad. Keep elbows slightly flexed and close to body. Position shoulders above hands.

execution

Move downward by bending elbows until upper arms are about parallel to floor. Let elbows point outward. Return and repeat.

Depending on machine layout it may be required to stand on platform.
