Instructions

Preparation

Sit upright on chair. Don´t lean against backrest. Place feet flat on floor and hold one arm extended in front of chest while other arm sags besides torso.

Execution

Alternately move arms up and down. Extend fingers while moving up and relax fingers while moving down.
