Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine, place upper arms against padded levers to sides of body. If available gasp stabilizing handles.

Execution

Raise arms until they are parallel to floor. Return without letting arms rest on back. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Bringing upper arms higher than parallel to floor will shift workload from Deltoids to Upper Trapezius.
