Instructions

preparation

Sit in machine, place chest against pad and grasp handles in fornt at height of shoulders. Keep elbows flexed and pointing outward.

execution

Pull levers behind in a circular motion until elbows are behind back. Bring shoulder blades together. Return and repeat.

Keep elbows up and slightly flexed throughout motion.
